Exchange Policy

It must be returned with the original packaging and invoice.

A video of opening the package must be provided as proof.

5-7 photos showing the product from different angles must accompany the return request.

Exchange Options: Customers can select a replacement product of equal value. If the desired item is unavailable, they may choose another product of the same value.

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Process for Initiating an Exchange

Non-Exchangeable Items

Shipping Charges for Exchanges
